Our management company (AMS) and your HOA Board have contracted with "Dryer Vent SuperHeroes" to clean all the dryer vents in our community. This is for building safety reasons. The HOA will pay for the dryer vent clean out process. If you would like Dryer Vent SuperHeroes to replace your flexible dryer vent hose or outside dryer vent caps that will be the homeowner's responsibility.
Dryer Vent SuperHeroes will be in contact with each homeowner to schedule your cleaning. Please contact AMS (859-317-5715) with any questions.
